The more we invite Sacred Play and stay in Amusement, the more we can let things flow naturally. It’s when we start taking ourselves too seriously that our energy gets blocked and stagnant. If you become still and silent, you can observe the mind trying to create problems even where there are none. This is because for so long our minds' role was to solve things, but if you can observe this, you can realize you are the one watching in amusement. Adaptability gets heightened with playfulness, amusement and the patience required to see things as they are.
The purest energy to be a vessel, or a channel, is the energy of childlike curiosity and wonder. When we perceive others through neutrality, curiosity and amusement we go deeper than recycled spiritual concepts like, ‘everyone is our mirror’ and begin to see more color, complexity, depth and etheric templates. It can be hard to clear the energy of others, especially when it’s our own inner dialogue coming through with someone else’s thought forms or expectations. Recharge by clearing and releasing. Say hello to what’s leaving our space, and finding amusement in how easy it is to simply let go of what’s not ours can make clearing this energy much easier.
Susan Bostwick is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Church of Divine Man and teaches on the staff of BPI. She will be joining us in our 2.0 class to discuss how to bring in levity when we are processing difficult information. We will explore how we can reframe ourselves to view these moments as sacred play. Purifying and attuning our aura with frequencies of sweetness, gentleness and amusement.
