There's a big shift happening for those who are asking for more truth, connection, realness and intimacy as it relates to love. This will require us to clear a lot of our programming and definitions on what love is, especially surrounding romantic fairytale thoughtforms.
We must start to engage with the truth of what love actually is. We will reflect on the blocks we have regarding love. We might be waiting for other people to step into the love frequency before we do. In reality, what is being asked is to show up being loving no matter what anyone else is doing. This requires us to be love. To not just look for love outside of ourselves, but to actually be in connection with love itself.
Shirley Johnson will join us in our 2.0 class to discuss knowing when and who to be vulnerable with. She is the founder of Soulistic Wellness and has over 15 years of study surrounding metaphysics, energy medicine, yoga technologies, and psyche-ology. Her purpose is supporting deep soul work and cultivating the authenticity and intimacy that many of us desire.
As we cultivate a deeper understanding of the heart, we have the intelligence to see when someone doesn't have the space to surrender to love. When we see someone isn’t able to receive love, we honor this with awareness and discernment. We save our love and vulnerability for the right people and circumstances
Heart intelligence is having the wisdom to recognize that some people don’t feel deserving of love, therefore, aren’t capable of receiving it. Regardless of how much we’re willing to offer them, they aren’t in a place to receive.
